Overview

This project involved conducting a series of usability tests on the Arc Browser. The users were previously unfamiliar with Arc, and the insights we gained from the testing gave us ideas for making the technology easier to adapt.

My Role

User Researcher, study designer, moderator.

Process

A study was designed to identify pain points with Arc. Users were then tested (to complete a series of tasks with the browser). Data was collected and analyzed. From the data, we were able to identify issues with the usability of the browser and make suggestions for improvement.
